To learn more, please visit our website: https://www.eposintering.com/ To strengthen our team, we are looking for a **Sales Engineer - Advanced Materials** **Mission** With your engineering background, you build from zero, through application-driven thinking, starting from novel materials and working with partners across long industrial cycles. You act as a key contributor to the business development of the assigned markets with the objective of building strong and scalable B2B businesses. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company-s strong growth in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Sell advanced materials at customer application level * Develop assigned markets to drive sales growth * Identify, meet and develop new customers by positioning new differentiated solutions at customer application level. Create account plans and close deals. * Build and close business cases from first technical discussion to industrial adoption * Develop, align and execute structured go-to plan-market plans in close collaboration with management and engineering * Ensure rigorous commercial execution (projects, pipeline, priorities, forecasts) and follow up on the defined actions **Profile** * Engineering degree (EPFL or HES) in materials, electrical engineering, mechanical, or other engineering fields * At least 5 years of proven success in a similar commercial role with track records in international B2B technical business development/sales with a structured business development approach * Multi-market experience, e.g. in industrial applications, powder metallurgy, magnets, semiconductors, high power, electronics, motors design, resistance welding or EDM * Must have had experience selling solutions where the product is not yet standardized * Structured and execution-driven, able to manage multiple projects in parallel and drive initiatives through to results * Strong business mindset, able to understand technology and sell its value at customers at all levels, before closing the deals * Collaborative with a strong willingness to co-develop as team * Fluency in English is essential.
