Ensure high-quality workmanship in all tasks. Skills Completed training as an Automobilfachmann/Mechatroniker required. Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented. Efficient and careful work style is essential. Your tasks Coordinate the logistics of the deployment of training programmes: from selecting the venue to organising with the various stakeholders and participants Ensure the monitoring and updating of training files (attendance, dietary restrictions…) Manage language training requests according to established procedures Follow up on external training requests after validation by the Learning Experience Specialists Create and manage sessions and events in the LMS tool Ensure the follow-up of training registrations and handle non-technical requests from employees Provide administrative and cross-functional support to the team (reporting, communication, facilitation of internal communities) Your profile Currently studying or having completed your studies, you are looking for a first opportunity to put your knowledge into practice You have a perfect command of French and a minimum C1 level in English You have a strong interest in event organisation You are comfortable using MS365 suite tools Customer-oriented, you demonstrate responsibility and are proactive Finally, you have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail
