As a complement to our Course Administration Clerk Kuhn Campus in Steffisburg near Thun, we are looking for an organised and upbeat personality. Your contribution Planning & Coordination: Assisting in the organisation of courses and examinations in cooperation with trainers and course administration. Course Management: Publishing planned courses, preparing and filing training materials, ordering SUVA documents. Administrative Tasks: Pre- and post-processing of courses and examinations, telephone support, reordering of consumables, etc. Organisation: Support with hotel and restaurant bookings for Campus & Tech Support Team. Finance: Creating invoices and monitoring incoming payments. Representation: Holiday cover for course administration, support with administrative tasks for the Tech Support Team. What you bring with you Completed training and experience in administrative activities With your friendly, team-oriented manner and your service orientation, you quickly find access to our customers, your colleagues and external parties Your quick grasp enables you to easily familiarise yourself with your area of work Your precise working method and good organisational skills contribute to smooth preparation in course administration In case of problems, you remain calm and manage to resolve them with your solution-oriented approach You are confident in German (spoken and written) and have good spoken French skills. Additional languages (English) are an advantage but not a must.
