Join our team as a Sachbearbeiterin/Sachbearbeiter Rechnungswesen! Enjoy a supportive environment with great benefits. Tasks Handle all tasks in Rechnungswesen independently and reliably. Ensure accurate monthly billing and manage liquidity effectively. Support financial department head with various special projects. Skills A commercial education or equivalent with experience in finance. Proficient in MS Office and Abacus software. Fluent in German, both spoken and written. Accounting Clerk 50% Department: Finance and Services Start date: from 01.08.2026 What you can achieve with us In this role, you independently and reliably take on central tasks in the accounting area. You are responsible for the correct and timely monthly invoicing in Abacus and ensure liquidity through a structured dunning and debt collection process. In addition, you calculate the parental contributions for the day school and post the resulting business transactions in the financial accounting. Furthermore, you support the Head of Finance and Services with various special tasks. What you bring with you You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification and ideally have completed further training as an accounting clerk. Experience in finance and accounting as well as in invoicing and dunning complete your profile. You are proficient in MS Office and Abacus and have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
