These are your tasks Provide administrative support for sales, especially in the area of heat products Receive, process, and record customer enquiries regarding district heating expansion Create correspondence, form letters, and mailings Handle funding programmes from the submission of applications to the payment of contributions Be responsible for communication regarding price adjustments, product changes, and other topics for our major customers Carry out and check various monthly billings What sets you apart Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification Technical understanding, preferably in the energy sector Strong customer orientation and several years of experience in direct customer contact Very good IT user skills and knowledge of ERP systems Excellent oral and written communication skills Precise working style and enjoyment of cooperative teamwork Do you have questions?
