Provide telephone consulting and customer support. Optimize processes and maintain sales data efficiently. Skills Completed commercial training with practical sales experience. Strong communication skills and team spirit are essential. Proficient in M365; SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus. Your tasks: Order processing from A to Z (from quotation to delivery) Telephone customer advice and support Competent contact person in order processing for customers and sales technicians Active market support General administrative tasks Process optimisation and data maintenance in internal sales Export processing Your profile: Completed commercial basic training Initial practical experience in internal sales in a technical market environment Independent and precise working with a very high quality standard Reliable, flexible, a team player, self-initiated, quick comprehension, high service orientation and pronounced communication skills Confident handling of M365, SAP/ERP knowledge desirable Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English and French advantageous
