Your tasks You support specialists in matters of daily business such as rent changes, apartment handovers, and utility billings, as well as in the preparation of final accounts and dunning processes You advise tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities by phone and provide information You process terminations You prepare and issue repair orders You check and post creditor invoices You prepare tenant statements, record property condition reports, and are responsible for general data maintenance You perform administrative tasks and handle tenant correspondence Your profile You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (KV-Lehre EFZ) or an equivalent qualification (e.g. civil engineering draughtsperson) You have solid commercial professional experience, preferably from our industry, and are willing to learn new things Your mother tongue is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in additional languages You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy working with people You have an affinity for technology and can apply new technologies You have self-learning competence and enjoy sharing your knowledge Benefits Internal offerings from our Livit Academy for specialist and leadership courses Financial and/or time support for external professional training as well as access to electronic learning platforms for online language courses Individual career planning and development prospects Home / Mobile Office Bonus depending on company success and personal performance At least 5 weeks’ holiday and the option to purchase up to 10 additional holiday days (holiday flex) Above-average pension benefits and premiums for daily sickness and accident insurance are 100% covered by Livit 14 days paternity leave Livit Family We love real estate and are passionate about preserving the value of our customers’ properties.
