Tasks Manage payroll processing efficiently with Abacus system. Support employees throughout their work-cycle, from entry to exit. Create intermediate and employment certificates for staff. Skills Experience in HR administration and payroll management required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. In our HR department, you will work closely with a colleague and the HR manager. Together, you will ensure personnel administration from entry to exit. You are the first point of contact for our approximately 160 employees as well as 80 hourly-paid workers and additionally take on the following exciting tasks: Payroll processing: Efficient handling of salaries including post-processing (system: Abacus) HR processes: Administrative support of employees throughout the entire work cycle (entry to exit) and management of the time tracking system Certificates & attestations: Preparation of interim and employment references Social insurances: Coordination and billing with insurance companies and authorities Accident and illness cases: Handling of daily sickness benefits and accident notifications including daily allowance processing Recruitment: Posting and managing job advertisements, organising job interviews and supporting interview processes Vocational training: Co-responsibility for the supervision and training of our commercial apprentices Further development: Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of our HR processes
