Your tasks You are jointly responsible for the accounts payable and receivable accounting of the Volksschule Stadt Luzern. You support the finance team with general accounting and administrative tasks. You are the contact person for school and care management, teachers, and other stakeholders regarding financial questions. Additionally, you support the finance department management with budgeting, controlling, and year-end closing. Your profile You have a completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ, preferably with further training as an accounting clerk. Using M 365 and accounting software is second nature to you. You have a flair for numbers and are familiar with accounts payable and receivable accounting. You work in a structured, careful, and precise manner. As an open and cheerful personality, you appreciate exchanging ideas with different stakeholders and feel comfortable in a collegial team environment.
