Oversee ISE software and customer portal, maintaining customer data. Provide customer support, analyze consumption statistics, and offer energy advice. Skills Commercial training and experience in energy billing required. Proficient in MS Office and ISE software. Strong customer focus and organizational skills. You will take over energy billing, coordination and control of invoice dispatch (electricity procurement, feed-in, e-mobility, self-consumption communities, etc.) System support of the software innosolvenergy (ISE) and the customer portal (energyboard), customer data maintenance, meter mutations and recording of new electricity prices Customer support, preparation of consumption statistics and advice on energy topics Periodic plausibility checks / control of energy and customer data What you bring A commercial education as well as experience in energy billing Professional user knowledge of the MS Office suite Experience with ISE and Abacus is an advantage Confident German language skills, both spoken and written Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team High customer orientation, organisational skills as well as an independent and reliable working style With us you will receive entrepreneurial freedom and the interesting opportunity to help shape the development of a future-oriented company.
