RFP Specialist / Institutional Client Support (12-month)

We are looking for a RFP Specialist to join the Institutional Sales Support team on a 12-month contract to support our client. This hire is driven by an increase in workload and a temporary reduction in capacity within the team, requiring additional support. A private bank in Geneva. Description You will join a small and collaborative team of 4 people, working closely with the team manager and key internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver high-quality RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and due diligence questionnaires for institutional clients Draft clear, compelling and compliant answers aligned with investment strategies and company messaging Maintain and update consultant databases and marketing content to ensure accuracy and visibility Keep fund documentation and due diligence materials up to date and standardised Coordinate inputs across multiple internal teams (Investment, Risk, Compliance, Operations) Manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines Contribute to the organisation and efficiency of the team's workflows and documentation Profile Profile Experience in a similar RFP / product specialist / client servicing role within Asset Management is strongly preferred Strong understanding or interest in financial markets and asset classes (long-only and/or alternatives) Excellent writing skills with a strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines Proactive, hands-on and able to contribute quickly Team player with strong communication skills Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Job Offer 12-month contract in a major private bank.
