RFP Specialist / Institutional Client Support (12-month)

* You have a similar experience in a Private Bank * You are available ASAP for at least a year ## About Our Client ## A private bank in Geneva. ## Job Description ## You will join a small and collaborative team of 4 people, working closely with the team manager and key internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and deliver high-quality RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and due diligence questionnaires for institutional clients * Draft clear, compelling and compliant answers aligned with investment strategies and company messaging * Maintain and update consultant databases and marketing content to ensure accuracy and visibility * Keep fund documentation and due diligence materials up to date and standardised * Coordinate inputs across multiple internal teams (Investment, Risk, Compliance, Operations) * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines * Contribute to the organisation and efficiency of the team's workflows and documentation ## The Successful Applicant ## **Profile** * Experience in a similar RFP / product specialist / client servicing role within Asset Management is strongly preferred * Strong understanding or interest in financial markets and asset classes (long-only and/or alternatives) * Excellent writing skills with a strong attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines * Proactive, hands-on and able to contribute quickly * Team player with strong communication skills * Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field * Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ## What's on Offer ## **12-month contract in a major private bank.** Quote job ref JN-062026-7038933 Job Function Banking & Financial Services Specialisation Private Banker / RM / Wealth Manager Industry Financial Services Location Geneva Contract Type Interim Job Reference JN-062026-7038933
