Job Description As deputy human resources manager, you assist the HR manager in their activities by ensuring the operational management of human resources for the psychiatry department. You are responsible for ensuring the proper application of HR processes in operational files, in compliance with HR policy, the institution, and applicable rules. In a support and advisory role, you assist line managers with team supervision and evolving skills needs. You advise the delegated target employees throughout their professional journey. You intervene at various stages of the personnel lifecycle (recruitment, mobility, departure). You support the HR manager in complex and contentious situations.
