If the right position is not available at the moment, you can also submit a spontaneous application. ## Your Profile - Completed training in hospitality or equivalent qualification - Proven experience in luxury hospitality, mandatory in a 5-star (superior) hotel - At least 4 years of professional experience in upscale hospitality, with at least 1 year as Reservations Supervisor or similar operational leadership role in reservations - Excellent knowledge of English and at least German or French; additional languages are a plus - Very confident handling of PMS systems like Protel and MS Office - Confident, discreet, and empathetic communication at the highest level - Strong service mentality, professionalism, and personal demand for perfection - Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work independently – even during high guest volumes - Well-groomed appearance, teamwork skills, and loyalty to our values ## Key Responsibilities - Ensuring an outstanding guest experience and embodying our values - Leading the reservations team – including prioritization and professional guidance and support - Competent handling of all reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels (individual bookings, groups, corporate), including advice on room categories and additional services - Creating, adjusting, and cancelling bookings as well as following up on open options - Quality control of bookings, maintenance of all relevant data in the PMS (Protel), and support in statistical evaluations - Active communication and coordination with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure smooth operations - Supporting rate management, availability control, and release strategies - Training and onboarding new team members, ongoing support for existing colleagues through "training on the job" - Handling guest inquiries, issues, and complaints at an operational level, proactive problem solving, and escalating serious cases to supervisors ## Why Join Us?
