If the right position is not available at the moment, you can also submit a spontaneous application. ## Your Profile - Proven experience in luxury hospitality, strictly in a 5-star (Superior) property - Completed training in hospitality or a comparable qualification - Excellent command of English and at least German or French; additional languages are an advantage - Confident use of PMS systems such as Protel and MS Office - Confident, discreet, and empathetic communication at the highest level - Strong service mentality, professionalism, and a personal drive for perfection - Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to work independently—even during busy periods - Well-groomed appearance, team spirit, and loyalty to our values ## Key Responsibilities - Ensuring exceptional service and embodying our values of authenticity, precision, and attention to detail - Close collaboration with a dedicated team to create an outstanding guest experience even before arrival - Supporting the reservation team in all areas, from the initial inquiry to the final booking - Handling reservation requests by phone and email, providing advice on room categories and offers - Careful management and control of booking details, with close coordination with other departments ## Why Join Us?
