These include single cell/nuclei RNA seq data, proteomics data. Establishing a two-photon calcium imaging analysis pipeline for pericytes in cerebral slices. Project management and supervising doctoral students. Your profile * PhD in Intergative Molecular Medicine or in Neuroscience * Experience in the field of cerebrobvascular biology * Experience analyzing two-photon calcium imaging data to elucidate cellular activity * Minimum 3 years of postoc experience * Demonstrated experience in the analysis of single cell/nuclei RNA-seq data, proteomics data * Knowlegde in R and Python * Experience with cloud-based HPC environments * Experience with mouse handling and breeding transgenic mouse lines * Valid FELASA cat.
