Job Description Welcoming patients and visitors: hospital admission and emergency. Managing telephone calls, voicemail, Outlook calendars, mail, and parcels. Handling patient complaints. Cash management. Processing and handling transport requests. Various administrative tasks. Acting as an ambassador. Qualifications Experience in reception, excellent presentation, and a sense of contact and teamwork. Native French speaker with good command of English; German would be an asset. Versatility, flexibility, autonomy, organisation, and precision. Experience in luxury hospitality would also be an asset.
