* 6 months temporary contract * Possibility of permanent takeover ## About Our Client ## Our client is a Zurich-based insurance company operating within the financial services sector, with a focus on providing tailored insurance solutions and risk management services to private and corporate clients. ## Job Description ## Receptionist Responsibilities * Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers * Manage incoming calls in German and English * Receive and assist clients and guests * Coordinate meeting room schedules, including preparation, setup, and ensuring rooms are clean and ready for use * Organize and support virtual meetings, including video conference setup and troubleshooting when needed.
