React - JavaScript - TypeScript - Node.js - build tooling - Unix - Linux - Bash - Azure - Microservices - Docker - Kubernetes - CI/CD Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, production-grade React and TypeScript code for complex financial applications Take ownership of complex frontend solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability Partner closely with UX/UI designers and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-quality user experiences Address advanced frontend challenges such as state management, performance optimization, and integration with distributed backend systems Proactively refactor and modernize existing codebases where required Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in both development and production environments Contribute actively in an agile, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment Requirements Extensive, hands-on experience in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a strong focus on React at enterprise scale Deep understanding of modern frontend ecosystems, tools, and frameworks (React, Node.js, build tooling) Proven experience working with design systems and large, shared component libraries Solid understanding of Unix/Linux environments and Bash scripting Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Exposure to API security, OAuth2, and related standards Fluency in English Nice to have Experience in the financial services or other highly regulated industries is a plus Good German language skills Personality Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Methodical and structural approach Strong communication skills Quick grasp of new topics Pragmatic and Pro-active approach Team- and customer-oriented personality We are a strong customer focused company working mainly for Top 500 companies.
