**Quality Engineer -- Electronics Production** **Your tasks** * Ensure quality control of PCBA production processes (THT, wave soldering, selective soldering, mixed technology) and maintain control plans and acceptance criteria. * Support production teams in troubleshooting electronic failures and lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, 5 Why, root cause analysis). * Ensure reliability of electronic test systems (SPEA, Flying Probe, functional test benches) and implement corrective actions on test failures. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce internal defects and support New Product Introduction (NPI) with robust manufacturing and test processes. * Support supplier quality activities, define incoming inspection requirements, and contribute to the analysis of assemblies returned from the field. **Your profile** * Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background; 3--5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, quality, or test engineering. * Knowledge of PCB assembly technologies, soldering processes, and solder joint quality; experience with electronic test systems (SPEA, Flying Probe, ICT or similar) is a strong advantage. * Structured problem-solving mindset (8D, 5 Why) with hands-on, pragmatic approach and strong technical curiosity. * Ability to work cross-functionally with production, R\&D, and supplier teams; clear and effective communication with technical stakeholders. * Fluent in Italian; English B2 or higher required. **About us** AGIE CHARMILLES, inventor of EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), is known as a premium brand and innovation leader in wire, die-sinking, and hole-drilling EDM.
