Become part of our team as Quality Engineer & Safety Officer 80–100% in Schwarzenburg We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Quality Engineer with extended responsibilities as Safety Officer for our Quality Team. You will support our employees in ensuring a sustainable, safe and compliant working environment, in accordance with ISO standards and legal requirements. Your area of responsibility Ensuring, maintaining and further developing the areas of non-conformities, corrective actions, continuous improvements and occupational safety & health protection Conducting and documenting Q-circle meetings, root cause analyses (5Why, Ishikawa, etc.), corrective actions and their improvements, risk assessments and investigation of accident events. Optimising and further developing through training and operational awareness on the topic of non-conformities and occupational safety (e.g. through Gemba walks) Ensuring compliance with normative areas regarding non-conformities, corrective actions, continuous improvements as well as legal requirements for occupational safety.
