Skills Technical degree or equivalent with industrial quality experience. Proficient in quality methods like 8D and Six Sigma. Strong analytical skills and effective communication in German and English. What I drive You take on the coordination and lead in escalated quality incidents and ensure that risks are sustainably eliminated. You actively support departments in the continuous improvement of product, process, and system quality and contribute best practices. You maintain close communication with international key customers and suppliers and convincingly represent our quality standards externally. You conduct customer and certification audits, act as an auditor, and ensure the feedback of lessons learned into the organisation. What it takes You have a technical degree or equivalent training and bring solid experience in an industrial quality environment. You confidently apply common quality methods such as 8D, audit, error management, or change processes and think in structured solutions. You approach challenges analytically, pragmatically, and with methodological competence (e.g. Six Sigma) and bring topics to a sustainable conclusion. You communicate confidently in German and English and are willing to travel occasionally within Europe to support our key customers and suppliers.
