Job Description Process development and optimisation of existing and new processes. Support for new product introductions (PCB assembly from prototype to series). Support function to increase efficiency and troubleshoot in manufacturing. Maintenance of master data, bills of materials and work plans in the ERP and MES system. Management of process and equipment validations in the area of PCB manufacturing. Support and documentation of quality measures and improvements (8D, FMEA etc.). Internal and external technical support. Qualifications Completed vocational training as an electronics technician EFZ or comparable professional qualification in the electronics industry and further training as a process specialist or process technician HF or equivalent Several years of experience in an industrial environment in electronics manufacturing Knowledge and experience (documentation) in the regulated environment of aviation / medical technology (EN9100 / ISO 13485) advantageous SAP knowledge advantageous Assertiveness, independent and structured working style and very high quality awareness Very good German skills, good English skills spoken and written Additional Information Flat hierarchies, direct communication and a corporate culture characterised by integrity, courage and responsibility.
