Here is what you will do Independent planning and technical implementation of our diverse new build and refurbishment projects Project development, preparation of concepts for renovations and new builds Client consulting and acquisition, including offer preparation and cost estimation Negotiations with customers, authorities and craftsmen Schedule, cost and quality control These are your skills and strengths Training as a draughtsperson EFZ or a basic craft training Further training as a construction manager or technician in building construction HF or architect The ability to coordinate yourself in a very independent working environment A communicative streak, so meetings are not a nuisance but a welcome means to find solutions A cooperative and natural manner towards our customers, partners and authorities Interest in close collaboration with contractors and specialist planners from an early project stage A solution-oriented and team-capable personality What awaits you Being part of the GLB family is great!
