Tasks Take responsibility for technical construction tasks from planning to execution. Lead and coordinate the internal and external planning teams. Ensure compliance with building permit requirements and standards. Skills Completed training as a draftsman or architect with project management experience. Strong knowledge of CAD systems, preferably ArchiCAD. Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration. Your tasks You take responsibility for technical-constructive tasks from planning to execution project. You lead and coordinate the internal as well as external planning and execution team. You ensure that the requirements from the building permit are met. You are responsible for planning management (planning packages) across all project phases. You implement and maintain the document platform and control the plan deliveries. You coordinate the planning of all project participants and specialist planners with a focus on feasibility and construction tolerances. You conduct plan checks within the framework of quality assurance according to INIZIA standards, contractual bases, and SIA guidelines. You lead planning and coordination meetings including minute-taking. Your profile Independent, structured working style with a high architectural quality awareness. Completed training as a structural draftsman or architect FH. Professional experience and solid expertise in project management. Very good knowledge of CAD systems (ideally ArchiCAD) as well as MS Office. Good knowledge of Swiss building standards (SIA). Communicative, team-oriented, and solution-focused personality.
