## job description ## We are looking for a new team member in the role as **Project Manager   (m/f/d)- 100%** **Location**:  Le Locle, Switzerland **Type of Contract**: CDD, 15 months **Startdate:** in alignment with the candidate-s availabilities **Shift:** **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead medium to high complexity projects from concept through implementation and launch * Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables * Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve project objectives * Monitor project scope, quality, costs, risks, and overall performance * Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership and customers * Identify risks and implement effective mitigation and corrective action plans * Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget * Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across project teams **YOUR BACKGROUND** * Minimum Bachelor-s degree or equivalent higher education qualification * 2-3+ years of experience managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantage * Proven ability to successfully lead multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage cross-functional teams * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact at all organizational levels * Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities * Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken **YOU ARE REPORTING TO** Manufacturing Engineering Portfolio Supervisor LLC **OUR OFFER** * A responsible and varied job in a global company with a strong local presence * Progressive employment conditions with long-term perspective * A high level of personal responsibility and independent work * A safe space for creative thinking and learning at the workplace Find out more about JABIL Switzerland. **We are looking forward to receiving your complete application documents online!
