In this role, you will drive creative, complex, and technically sound interior solutions from the sales phase through to final delivery. You act as the key interface between clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that innovative design concepts are translated into high-quality, functional, and aesthetically exceptional results. ## **Your Role** ## * Lead and manage aircraft interior design projects end-to-end, from concept through to redelivery * Act as the primary point of contact for customers representatives, internal stakeholders, and external design partners * Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, production, procurement, and project management teams * Support the sales process with technical expertise, design solutions, and proposal input * Develop and manage design concepts, ensuring alignment with technical, budget, and schedule requirements * Coordinate and oversee all design specifications, approvals, and deliverables * Present and justify design concepts to clients, consultants, and stakeholders * Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards * Act as an interdisciplinary focal point across departments and external partners * Resolve design-related challenges and ensure smooth project execution * Contribute to the creation of innovative, high-quality interior design packages ## **What we offer** ## * An exciting and challenging role in a dynamic environment * Various opportunities for professional and personal development * Chance to work on exciting, high-profile projects * A motivated and cheerful team that looks forward to working with you * Our events are great! We also have lots of fun together outside of working hours ## **Your Profile** ## * Degree in Interior Design, Product Design, Interior Architecture or a related field * Several years of professional experience, including: * Minimum 3 years in aviation interior design or equivalent * Minimum 5 years in project and budget management * Strong expertise in aviation interior design or equivalent and technical implementation * Excellent sense for aesthetics, color, materials, and spatial concepts * Proven experience leading cross-functional design teams and complex projects * Ability to balance creative vision with technical and commercial requirements * Strong customer focus with confident presentation and communication skills * Solid experience with 2D/3D design tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, ideally Blender 3D) * Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with strong organizational skills * Team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently * High level of motivation, flexibility, and attention to detail If you are interested in a multicultural, challenging and innovative working environment and your profile matches our requirements, we are looking forward to receiving your online application in English.
