* Coordinate cross-functional finance projects and ensure smooth delivery * Support data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making ## About Our Client ## Our client is an international organisation. ## Job Description ## * Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of strategic projects across the Finance function, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met * Act as a central point of coordination between multiple internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment * Contribute to **data collection, validation, and analysis**, supporting evidence-based decision-making and performance tracking * Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and insights to support strategic priorities * Coordinate operational activities including documentation management, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions * Provide support to senior stakeholders with scheduling, presentations, and briefing materials when required * Assist in the organization of internal events, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives * Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and coordination across teams ## The Successful Applicant ## * University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field * Proven experience in **project coordination, operations, or analytical roles**, ideally within an international or complex organization * Previous experience with the Global Fund and familiarity with its processes and systems would be considered a strong asset * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously ## What's on Offer ## We are looking for a consultant who: * Is **highly collaborative** and able to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders, at both operational and management levels * Demonstrates **strong attention to detail**, adaptability, and a high level of discretion * Has excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships * Shows flexibility and a proactive, solution-oriented approach Quote job ref JN-062026-7042981 Job Function Public Sector & Not for Profit Specialisation Project Assistant Industry Not For Profit Location Geneva Contract Type Interim Job Reference JN-062026-7042981
