This role is central to delivering large-scale SAP programs that underpin core business processes across finance, supply chain and operations. With SAP as a strategic platform, this company continues to evolve its systems and processes to support a more connected, efficient and digital enterprise. 02 ## Ihre Aufgabe ## - Taking full ownership of strategic programs from initiation through to successful delivery and value realization. This includes managing scope, timelines, budget, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams and partners. - Establishing and leading governance structures with senior business and IT stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment and effective decision-making. - Steering execution on a day-to-day basis, proactively resolving issues and bringing clarity to complex and fast-moving environments. - Leading cross-functional, multi-vendor teams across regions, fostering collaboration and a strong sense of shared accountability. - Actively building alignment across stakeholders and ensuring that delivered solutions are anchored sustainably within the organization. - Promoting a structured and transparent approach to risk, quality and change management, ensuring stability and long-term value creation. - SAP transformations are at the core of this role. You bring strong experience in managing complex SAP landscapes and understand the critical success factors of large-scale implementations. - While you are not expected to configure SAP systems yourself, you have the expertise to challenge delivery approaches, assess integration risks, and ensure alignment between functional, technical and business perspectives.
