* Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or related field * Experience in procurement, supply chain or operations ## About Our Client ## Our client is a leading international organisation dedicated to improving global health by expanding access to essential medicines and medical products worldwide, operating large-scale procurement programmes across diverse markets and stakeholders. ## Job Description ## * Manage end-to-end procurement transactions from demand validation to order execution * Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant purchase requests * Monitor order flows, identify bottlenecks and resolve transactional issues * Support demand planning and forecasting across a portfolio of international programmes * Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and governance frameworks * Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners * Analyse procurement data to improve performance and operational efficiency * Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain processes * Support supplier and service provider performance tracking * Drive service quality and responsiveness in a complex, multi-country environment ## The Successful Applicant ## * Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or related field * First experience (or strong internship) in procurement, supply chain or operations * Good understanding of procure-to-pay processes and transactional flows * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment * Fluent English (mandatory), French/Spanish is a strong asset * Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills * Comfortable working with systems and data (ERP / procurement tools is a plus) ## What's on Offer ## * Temporary assignment (6 months) within a highly impactful international organisation * Exposure to large-scale global procurement programmes in the health sector * Multicultural and fast-paced environment with strong learning opportunities * Possibility to develop expertise in global supply chain and procurement operations Quote job ref JN-062026-7038905 Job Function Logistics, Procurement & Supply Chain Specialisation Procurement Management Industry Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Location Geneva Contract Type Interim Job Reference JN-062026-7038905
