Then become part of our team as Process Coordinator (m/f/d), 80-100% Your contribution to our team In this role, you actively support the further development of our process management and help to make our business processes efficient, transparent and future-proof. You analyse and document existing workflows, identify optimisation potential and implement targeted improvement measures together with the specialist departments. In doing so, you work closely with various departments and ensure that processes run smoothly across departments. You accompany the introduction of new processes and tools, continuously develop our process manual and ensure that new standards are sustainably anchored. In addition, you plan and conduct training sessions and workshops and support employees in dealing with process changes in everyday life. Furthermore, you participate in internal audits and quality assurance measures and contribute to projects related to process management and digitalisation.
