* Proven experience as Private Banking Assistant in a local bank * Swiss Residency + command of S2i ## About Our Client ## a Private Bank. ## Job Description ## * Support Relationship Managers in the daily management of client portfolios * Prepare and follow up on account openings (KYC/AML documentation) * Monitor and process client transactions (payments, transfers, securities orders) * Maintain and update client documentation and records * Act as a point of contact for client requests (emails and phone calls) * Prepare reports and client meeting materials * Liaise with internal departments (compliance, back-office, trading) ## The Successful Applicant ## * Previous experience in a similar role within a private bank * Good understanding of banking operations and KYC processes * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Client-oriented mindset * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) * French: fluent * English: good working level required * Use of S2i a big plus * Swiss residency mandatory ## What's on Offer ## \- Quote job ref JN-062026-7030825 Job Function Banking & Financial Services Specialisation Private Banker / RM / Wealth Manager Industry Financial Services Location Geneva Contract Type Permanent Job Reference JN-062026-7030825
