Tasks Support daily operations ensuring optimal product availability. Conduct independent inventory checks across Switzerland. Analyze stock levels and assist in inventory management. Skills Ongoing studies in Supply Chain Management or related fields preferred. Experience with SAP is a significant advantage. Fluent in German, with B2 level in French and English. How will you contribute and grow? Das Stock & Asset Management Team sucht zur Unterstützung unseres Teams ab Juli/August eine Praktikantin oder einen Praktikanten für mindestens 6 Monate. Tägliche Disposition: Du unterstützt bei der täglichen Disposition und bist dabei im Austausch mit unseren Werken und Kundendienst, um optimale Produktverfügbarkeiten sicherzustellen. Vor-Ort-Einsätze: Du führst eigenständig Inventuren bei unseren Vertriebspartnern in der gesamten Schweiz durch (inkl. Romandie und Tessin). Monitoring & Analyse: Du nutzt und aktualisierst unsere Dashboards, um Über-/Unterbestände an verschiedenen Standorten zu analysieren und Abweichungen zu identifizieren. Bestandsallokation: Du wirkst bei der Balance von Beständen mit, um eine effiziente Verfügbarkeit unserer Gasflaschen sicherzustellen. Aktualisierung von Prozessbeschreibungen: Du nutzt dein erlangtes Wissen, um bestehende Prozessbeschreibungen zu aktualisieren. Analysieren & Optimieren: Du berechnest optimale Lagerbestände, unterstützt das Bestandsmanagement unserer Vertriebspartner und hilfst uns, unser Tools aktiv weiterzuentwickeln. Are you a match? Laufendes Studium oder Ausbildung bevorzugt im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik.
