You maintain regular contact with tenants, tradespeople, and other stakeholders. You create and publish flat advertisements. You review application documents including reference checks for rental properties. You prepare rental contracts and other contractual documents. You organise and conduct flat viewings and assist with handovers and returns of flats. You code invoices and ensure correct processing. You issue orders to tradespeople and coordinate their execution. You support the property administration with general administrative tasks. Your profile You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or Facility Management. You want to shape your professional future in property management. You work reliably and place the concerns of customers at the centre. You communicate confidently and appropriately in German, both orally and in writing. You enjoy working with IT systems and have a strong digital affinity.
