Join the diverse Kanton Graubünden as an intern! Experience a supportive work environment with modern amenities. Tasks Process electronic applications for scholarships independently. Prepare applications for further processing by staff. Assist in final checks of scholarship decisions and payments. Skills Completed commercial training or gymnasial maturity preferred. Strong IT skills and quick comprehension required. Knowledge of multiple canton languages is a plus. Intern at the Scholarship Office (fixed-term 6 months) Department of Education, Culture and Environmental Protection | 80-100 % | Chur The Department of Education, Culture and Environmental Protection comprises five offices with a broad range of activities. The Scholarship Office is attached to the Finance & Controlling division of the Department Secretariat. The Department Secretariat is the staff unit of the department. It supports the Government Council in managing the department as well as in leadership, communication and public relations matters. The office premises are centrally located in Chur. We offer an open, modern and digital working environment. The Scholarship Office is responsible in the canton of Graubünden for reviewing scholarship and loan applications. In this internship, you will gain insight into the work of the Scholarship Office. We are looking for an intern for the Scholarship Office starting 7 September 2026. Your area of responsibility Independently recording and processing the electronic incoming mail of daily scholarship applications Preparing applications for case processing Preparing and sending incomplete applications back for completion Assisting with the final check of scholarship decisions and the payments of granted scholarships General secretarial tasks What we expect from you Commercial or equivalent basic training or having completed or currently completing the gymnasial Matura Quick comprehension, resilience, ability to work in a team Good IT skills Independence, flexibility and discretion Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage We look forward to receiving your online application and to meeting you.
