Join V-ZUG as an intern, working 80-100% in Zug and partly remote. You'll dive into the world of AI and enhance our V-Assist platform. Tasks Analyze business processes and translate them into workflows for V-Assist. Collaborate with departments to gather and convert technical requirements. Assist in creating and testing skills, ensuring platform quality. Skills Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Data Science, or related fields. Strong analytical skills with structured thinking. Excellent communication skills in German and English. You will work 80-100% for 6 months in Zug and partially remote This position offers you You analyse business processes from the specialist departments and systematically convert them into skills and agentic workflows for V-Assist In exchange with the specialist departments, you gather requirements and translate them into technically feasible concepts that support the development of new functions You contribute to creating and testing skills and agents – including prompt engineering, evaluation and quality assurance – thus helping to continuously improve the platform You carefully maintain and curate the knowledge base (RAG) and help to measurably increase the quality of responses In operational business, you support the team through monitoring, evaluations and minor LLMOps tasks, ensuring smooth operation You document solutions clearly and comprehensibly so that they remain understandable for the team and serve as a basis for further steps You bring the following to the position You are currently studying or have recently completed studies in Business Informatics, Data Science, (Applied) AI or a related field, providing the professional foundation for your work in the team A genuine interest in GenAI and LLMs drives you, and you enjoy delving deeply into new topics and continuously expanding your knowledge Analytical and structured thinking characterise you, enabling you to model business processes clearly and translate them into precise technical requirements In communication with the specialist departments, you impress with strong communication skills, ask the right questions and can precisely identify requirements Initial experience with Azure, Python, APIs, RAG or prompt engineering is advantageous but not essential, as we support you in developing these skills You have very good German skills as well as good English, providing a solid basis for collaboration in an interdisciplinary environment Not convinced yet?
