Extensive experience in mechanical manufacturing with solid expertise. Proficient in Siemens controls CLX750 and CTX1250 Gamma. This position involves programming and setting up state-of-the-art turning and milling centres. The company manufactures sophisticated workpieces and carefully evaluates their quality. For our client, we are looking for a Polymechanic for Permanent Position (2-Shift) 100% Tasks Program, set up and operate five-axis turning and milling centres from DMG Mori Manufacture workpieces from nickel and cobalt-based alloys Independently carry out machine programming directly at the machine as well as at the CAM workstation Inspect finished parts and document their quality Produce clamping jigs, fixtures and prototypes Requirements Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable qualification Extensive experience in mechanical manufacturing with sound expertise Confident use of Siemens controls CLX750 and CTX1250 Gamma Experience with CAM systems, especially good to very good knowledge of Mastercam Willingness to work in a 2-shift system Offer Work in an established company with an international focus Independent activity with high personal responsibility Diverse development opportunities and further training prospects Start DateBy arrangement Type of PositionPermanent position RegionZofingen Reference42607
