What you will do Goal-oriented and project-appropriate preparation and management of large construction sites Adherence to deadlines and quality requirements of construction projects Economic deployment planning of personnel, equipment and materials Implementation of measures for occupational safety and health protection Independent and responsible management of the construction site and site personnel Electronic reporting Use of modern working methods – in the field of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and reliance on digital solutions to increase efficiency Shaping occupational safety and implementing SUVA guidelines and occupational safety regulations What you bring Completed vocational training as a foreman (m/f/d) Experience in building construction / new construction Independent, committed and reliable working style Cooperative manner and enjoyment of teamwork Hands-on mentality and high flexibility as well as willingness to learn complete your profile As a team player, you share your knowledge and enjoy working interdisciplinarily with other trades You are able to act flexibly and quickly and deliver excellent performance under pressure Good German language skills, spoken and written Driving licence category B What we offer you Our employees are at the centre for us.
