As a POS Coach in Marketing, you support 50 LANDI stores. This is a great opportunity to enhance sales and improve workspaces. Tasks You help design sales areas and product presentations. You advise store managers and their teams effectively. Your goal is to continuously improve product displays. Skills Experience in retail or marketing is essential. Strong coaching and consulting skills are required. Excellent communication and planning abilities are needed. About the job As a POS Coach, you belong to the Marketing Department and support the 50 LANDI stores in your assigned area in designing sales areas as well as product presentation, and you advise the store managers and their employees. The goal is to continuously optimise product presentation through targeted advice, coaching, and planning, thereby sustainably increasing sales success in the LANDI stores.
