Conduct medical and care tasks per training qualifications. Help create meaningful daily activities for those in need. Skills Must have completed training in health and social assistance. Experience in health and social work is a plus. Excellent communication skills in German required. The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all ages as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. At our location in Biberist, we are looking for an immediate start for a Child Care Assistant, temporary or fixed-term for approximately 6 months, 60-90% What to expect Provision of professional basic and treatment care Execution of medical-technical procedures and care services according to training and further education level Co-creation of a meaningful individual daily life for children, adolescents and young adults with severe multiple disabilities Taking on domestic tasks Shift planning from Monday to Sunday 7am-4pm/8am-5pm, 12pm-9pm (rarely or never split shifts) Your profile Mandatory completed training as Health and Social Assistant or SRK Nursing Assistant Several years of professional experience in health and social care and a special flair for working with children, adolescents and young adults with severe multiple disabilities is an advantage Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience Good IT application skills (Word, Outlook) Your perspective We promote an open and appreciative working atmosphere and give you plenty of room for personal responsibility and participation in a dynamic and changing environment.
