Skills Completed training as a health and social assistance EBA or caregiver SRK. Strong communication and writing skills in German. High social competence and resilience in challenging situations. The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society. At our location in Zuchwil, we are looking for a Care Assistant, 50% to start immediately or by arrangement. What to expect Provision of professional basic and treatment care Carrying out medical-technical procedures and care services according to training and further education standards Co-creating a meaningful individual daily life for people with multiple disabilities Taking on domestic tasks Your profile Completed training as Health and Social Assistant EBA or SRK Care Assistant Professional experience in health and social care and a special flair for working with people with disabilities Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience Good IT application skills (Word, Outlook) Your perspective We promote an open and appreciative working atmosphere and give you plenty of room for personal responsibility and participation in a dynamic and changing environment.
