Our client is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations across multiple cantons, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient processes in a fast-paced environment. Our client is an international company. Missions Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across three Swiss cantons Ensure compliance with Swiss payroll regulations, tax and social security requirements Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external partners where applicable Maintain and update employee payroll data within the system Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required Contribute to payroll process improvements and system optimization Profil du candidat Proven experience in payroll administration in Switzerland Background in a fiduciary/treuhand environment is highly valued, or strong experience managing in-house payroll Good knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security, and taxation Experience working with ERP systems (a strong plus) High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams Fluent in English (French and/or German are a plus) Conditions et Avantages An international and collaborative working environment Exposure to multi-cantonal payroll complexity A stable, full-time position (100%) Flexibility with 1 day of home office per week Opportunities to contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
