Join Julius Baer as a Payments Processing & Credit Card Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in processing SWIFT/SEPA/SIC payments, managing credit card operations, and supporting internal and external stakeholders with precision and initiative. We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy professional with strong communication skills in German and English, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to continuous improvement. IHRE AUFGABEN Payments Processing: Processing and booking of incoming and outgoing SWIFT/SEPA and SIC payments Reconciliation of internal accounts Contact person for internal parties regarding payments transactions Credit Card Specialist: Managing and processing of new credit card applications Handling all incoming inquiries related to credit card concerns Interface and contact between the various credit card providers and internal parties YOUR PROFILE Completed banking education with several years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in payments Excellent knowledge of MS Office products and generally tech-savvy Experience in project work and process improvement is an advantage Ability to learn products and systems quickly Seeking new challenges, continuous change, and ongoing improvement Strong team player with a can-do attitude Precise and independent execution of tasks Flexible, reliable, and resilient personality Sophisticated communication skills in German and English (written and spoken) We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
