Responsible of conducting the business of the particular function in a way that the operations run smoothly, with good quality, in line with the agreed standards & goals and with risk management awareness. They contribute to the definition of new products/standards and implement them in the respective function and initiate the optimization of services/processes. IHRE AUFGABEN Payments Investigations with internal parties, such as Front Colleagues, Compliance and external parties, such as international branches and our Correspondent banks via telephone, email and SWIFT Documenting and solving cases in the internal case management application in line with the regulatory requirements Analysing and processing open cash positions (reconciliation) Preparing and processing internal reversals First level filtering: Real-time sanction hit handling of false positive matches with escalation of full and close matches to second level Compliance YOUR PROFILE Profound knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA and SIC payments processing and ISO20022 messages Seeking new challenges, continuous changes and ongoing improvements Strong team-player with can-do attitude Solution oriented and intrinsically motivated to deliver a tailor-made service for our clients High attention to detail combined with proven problem-solving skills Flexible, reliable and resilient personality Sound risk awareness Open to continuously learn and develop new skills Fluent in English and German We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
