Tasks Set up and operate SMD assembly machines independently. Create simple program adjustments for the machines. Conduct first sample inspections and repairs on SMD components. Job Description Setting up and independently operating the SMD placement machines. Setting up and independently operating the paste printers and SMT reflow ovens. Creating simple program changes on the machines. Checking materials and documents for completeness and accuracy. Performing first article inspections. Re-soldering and repair work on SMD components. Carrying out regular machine and oven maintenance. Acting as deputy for all employees in the relevant departments. Qualifications Several years of professional experience in the SMT area / electronics manufacturing Valid IPC-A-610 certificate is an advantage Solid knowledge in manual soldering of SMD components Confident handling of soldering stations, microscopes and ESD-compliant work Precise, reliable and team-oriented working style Additional Information Flat hierarchies, direct communication and a corporate culture characterised by integrity, courage and responsibility.
