A financial services firm based in Geneva is actively seeking an JOB DESCRIPTION Prepare and deliver management information (MI) and performance reporting. Design and maintain MI dashboards and reporting packs to support decision-making. Drive process enhancements within Operations, focusing on data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation. Support regulatory and internal reporting. Provide business support. Contribute to ad hoc projects and support operational as required. REQUIREMENTS Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office products suite, in particular Excel. Fluency in English both written and oral. Keen sense of customer service Swiss resident or eligible to work in Switzerland ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Location: Geneva Start date: 1 September 2026 Work rate: 100%
