You provide structure, maintain an overview, and proactively drive topics forward – with a high standard of quality, efficiency, and reliability Your main responsibilities Organisation and coordination of appointments, meetings, travel, and workshops at C-Level Professional preparation and follow-up of management meetings Creation of minutes as well as consistent tracking of decisions, to-dos, and deadlines Support and management of projects as well as accompaniment of central business processes Proactive collection and preparation of relevant information within the company Interface management between executive management, teams, and group companies Use of modern digital tools and AI solutions for continuous efficiency improvement Profile requirements Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office/management clerk or executive assistant Strong organisational skills, high reliability, and absolute discretion Very good German and English skills, Spanish is an advantage Confident handling of PowerPoint and digital tools, ideally first experience with AI applications Experience in project work as well as good understanding of business processes Assertiveness combined with empathy and tact Proactive, structured, and independent working style with high personal responsibility Down-to-earth, reflective personality with a strong team spirit Flexible: capable of remote work while being present, reliable, and close to stakeholders in daily work Profile Our offer
