Join the Blind School Zollikofen as a Mittagstischbetreuung! Exciting opportunity in a supportive environment. Tasks Assist and supervise 10-12 children during lunch hours. Provide care and support for meals and midday rest. Manage household tasks alongside caregiving duties. Skills Experience with disabled children is preferred. Empathy and strong sense of responsibility are essential. Ability to work efficiently in a household setting. Lunch Supervision 15% Department: Education and Living Start Date: 10 August 2026 What you can achieve with us You will work in a residential group with about 10 - 12 multiply impaired children and adolescents. Together with a motivated team, you will accompany the children during lunchtime (Monday, Tuesday and/or Thursday, each from about 11.45 am to 2.15 pm). You provide support during meals (e.g. administering tube feeding, purees), accompany the children and adolescents during the midday rest (e.g. toilet visits) and take on nursing tasks (e.g. changing nappies). Household tasks are also part of the role. Working days: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday What you bring with you With your empathy, your strong sense of responsibility and your humorous and flexible nature, you fit well into our team. You are resilient and work efficiently in the household. Preferably, you have experience from professional or private contexts in supporting and caring for multiply impaired people.
