Tasks Ensure cleanliness and order in the facilities and surroundings. Provide equipment and facilities for daily operations. Perform maintenance tasks and minor repairs as needed. Skills Craftsmanship training (EFZ) with experience in facility services. Team player with loyalty, responsibility, and flexibility. Proficient in German, both spoken and written. About the job What you will do here Ensure cleanliness and order in the premises and surroundings Provide equipment and facilities Carry out cleaning, maintenance work and minor repairs Supervise and monitor building technical systems and devices Ensure material transport and courier services What you ideally bring with you Craftsman vocational training EFZ, professional experience in housekeeping desired Teamwork skills, loyalty, sense of responsibility and flexibility Willingness for on-call duty and cover at other HKB locations Operation of vehicles and machines (driving licence B), application knowledge in common Office programmes Language skills in German, spoken and written Some of our advantages in advance An incredibly wide variety of topics that enrich and make everyday life exciting in this important control and support function.
