Tasks Manage financial accounting and administration tasks effectively. Process invoices, bank documents, and other transactions accurately. Handle data entry and administrative duties in social security. Skills Commercial training with several years of experience in financial accounting. Proficient in German, both written and spoken, with strong MS Office skills. Detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills. Employee in Financial Accounting / Administration 40 % We are a bilateral foreign trade chamber active for over 100 years, aiming to support companies in economic relations between Germany, Switzerland, and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For the team at the Germany-Switzerland Chamber of Commerce, we are seeking an employee in the area of financial accounting and administration to start immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility: Financial Accounting / Administration Your tasks will include in particular: Posting invoices, bank documents, expenses, and other business transactions for mandate accounting Processing daily mail Entering/updating data in the system Administrative tasks in the social insurance area Your profile: We are looking for a customer-oriented individual to support our team. As a team player, you act flexibly and reliably. You complete your tasks in a structured manner and have an eye for detail.
